Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the first session of the course, otherwise the following cancellation charges will apply: Within 7 days of start date : 10% cancellation fee Within 24hrs of start date: 50% cancellation fee No refund can be given on online elements that have been allocated. If you need to cancel due to a positive Covid test, please contact us to discuss rescheduling your training. You may still be charged for the missed session. We will do our best to accommodate you on one of our other courses, but please be aware that you may be charged for this. Rescheduled face-to-face elements will be charged a 20% rebooking fee to switch dates, increasing to 50% if the alternative date selected is full.
